Charity Foodfair 2008 - Craft Competition
Our judges at work: Ms Laura Lau (R)(SAA Secretary) & Mr Thomas Ling (L) (SAA President)
Happily hard at work....!!!
This year we decided to break away from the usual traditional style of "opening ceremony" for the Foodfair 2008 by organizing a very meaningful craft competition. This competition was opened for both typical & special needs children from age 7-14. It was hoped that through these kinds of functions typical children will be more exposed to participating in the lives of special needs of children.
The total number of children joining in the competition was 39, 9 special needs children & the rest typical children.
The theme of the competition was, "Be a friend: Let us make a beautiful card together".
It was a most meaningful & wonderful day!

Mother's Day Celebration 2007
When I am down, I know my soul so weary,
When troubles come, my heart burdened be,
I am still and waiting here in silence,
Until you come and set off a ride with me.
Chorus:
You raised me up, so I can stand on mountain,
You raised me up, to walk on stormy sea.
I am stronger when I’m on your shoulders.
You raised me up to more than I can be! (3X)
You raised me up to more than I can be!
